«Zorya» - «Mashproekt» has launched multi-fuel gas
turbine engine production program. It is assumed that presently produced 16MW
and 25MW gas turbines will be modified to meet new
requirements.
Dual-fuel turbine generators will allow shifting from
gas to diesel fuel without a stop in functioning.
«Mashproekt», the center
for new products research and development, has its own patented technologies for
the dual-fuel turbine engine production. There is a successful experience of
several projects application where dual-fuel turbine engines were used.
A new
fuel system development needs additional investments. The first production piece
will be put out in 14 months.
