General Director
Andrei I. Khomenko is at the head of the State Enterprise Gas Turbine Scientific & Production Complex Zorya-Mashproekt since December 2007.
He is in charge of the Complex strategy development with the purpose of a high-technology, science intensive enterprise creation, which meets the world standards requirements in the field of quality production. Making provision for effective management he pays special attention to dynamic development of production.
Andrei Khomenko started working in 1996 as a consultant at the Ukrainian Center of the Post-Privatization Support for the Enterprises, then he worked in one of the biggest audit & consulting firms Deloitte&Touche USC. The next stage was the work at Zaporozhtransformator JSC. At first A. Khomenko held a post of CFO, then he was appointed the first deputy director general and simultaneously he fulfilled the functions of director for procurement and logistics. In December 2007 Khomenko headed Zorya-Mashproekt.
A. Khomenko was born in 1972 in Kiev. In 1994 he got Kiev Shevchenko University diploma as an economist. Later he finished London School of Economy and got a certificate of banking and finance specialist. Andrei Khomenko was decorated with an Order for Outstanding Public Service.

Marketing & Gas Turbine Projects
Director
Igor A. Volga occupies his post since May 2010. He determines marketing
strategy for the near future and further prospects for all the directions of the
enterprise's activity. He is charged with all the kinds of production and
services promotion and he also supervises receipt of funds to the contract
account.
Before coming to “Zorya”- “Mashproekt” he made a successful career at
Zaporozhie Transformer Plant. Since 2006 he was a head of the group, then a
department of external economic relations. In 2007 Mr. Volga was appointed a
director for purchasing and logistics.
Igor A. Volga was born on 16 June 1972 in Kiev. In 2002 he graduated from
Kiev University for Tourism, Economy and Law and was qualified as lawyer in the
field of jurisprudence.

Chief Engineer
Vyacheslav L. Anishchenko occupies his post since June 2010. At this position
he monitors technological policy of the enterprise, its product development, new
technologies and innovations based on the latest achievements adaptation. He
also monitors the basic assets modernization.
Mr. Anishchenko started working at Production Association “Zorya” in 1982.
Within 28 years he travelled a long road from an assistant foreman in the
machine shop No 50 to a deputy machine shop manager. Since the enterprise
amalgamation in 2002 he was an aggregated production head at
“Zorya”-“Mashproekt”.
Vyacheslav L. Anishchenko was born in 1959 in Nikolaev. He graduated from the
National Shipbuilding University and got a diploma of a turbine building
engineer.

Production Director
Nikolai Troynich occupies a post of production director of the Scientific Production Complex “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” since October 2008. He is charged with production organization for all the contracts timely fulfillment.
Nikolai Troynich started his professional career at the Production Association “Zorya” in 1983, just after graduating from the institute. In 1989 Mr. Troynich changed his employer and entered a construction department of the Scientific Production Enterprise Mashproekt. In 1995 he was appointed to the post of its Pilot Production deputy head, and since 2003 he is a head of the Pilot Production of the united enterprise “Zorya”-“Mashproekt”.
Nikolai Troynich was born on 28 June 1960 in Leningrad; was certified as a turbine construction engineer after graduating from Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute. For his creative work N.Troynich was awarded with a letter of commendation from the Supreme Rada of Ukraine.

Economy Director
Sergei Korochkin occupies a post of Economy Director at the Gas Turbine
Research and Production Complex “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” since 2002. He is at the
head of economical activity of the Complex.
Earlier Mr. Korochkin worked here as a chief economist. Before that from 1972
till 2001 he worked in the Scientific Engineering Bureau “Mashproekt” where he
rose from the locksmith trainee to the chief economist. During that period he
was recalled and from 1979 to 1985 was involved in socio-political activity of
the Young Communist League in the city of Nikolaev and Nikolaev region.
Sergei N. Korochkin was born in 1955. In 1981 he graduated from Nikolaev
Shipbuilding Institute as a mechanical engineer and in 1994 he got the Russian
Federation Academy of National Economy Diploma as a specialist in business
management and was given a top manager qualification.

Chief Financial
Officer
Alexei Yu. Tsymbal works as a chief financial officer (CFO) since June 2008.
Under the guidance of Mr. Tsymbal a number of specialists organize the rational
functioning of accounting and taxation departments, control efficient use of
material, labour and financial resources according to the finance plan (budget),
make quoting and calculation for the output goods.
Alexei Tsymbal started working in 1994 as an economist at the foundry of
Zorya Production Association after graduating from the institute. At the same
year he was transferred to the central account department of the enterprise,
where during three years made a successful career from an accountant to the
deputy head accountant of the Association. After two enterprises amalgamation
from 2002 to June 2008 he was a head accountant of Zorya-Mashproekt united
enterprise.
Alexei Tsymbal was born on 1 October 1971 in Nikolaev. In 1993 he graduated
from Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute as a specialist for economy and management
of machine building. In 2005 he got a Certified Practical Accountant Certificate
(CAP) from the International CIPA Program. In 2007-2008 he studied at the
Business School of the Open University (Great Britain) and got a professional
diploma in the field of management. Mr. Tsymbal is a fellow of the Professional
Accountants & Auditors Federation of Ukraine, a Nikolaev City Council
deputy.

Procurement
Director
Igor E. Chernov is at the head of Zorya-Mashproekt procurement department
since March 2009. He is charged with timely supply of the necessary for
production process high-quality goods and materials, which should be purchased
at a remunerative price and kind of reckoning. His main tasks are continuity of
supply, yarding and distribution of goods and materials among production units.
The above tasks are decided through the mechanism of procurement improvement and
include constant progress in the providers estimation and choose. Besides, Mr.
Chernov monitors long-lasting partnering with vendors, professional skills of
the department staff upgrading and the structure of current assets
optimization.
Earlier Igor Chernov worked at the same post at Kulebak metallurgy plant,
belonging to the Open Joint Stock Venture Ruspolymet; from 1989 to 2005 he
worked at Zavolzhye auto-motor factory, where he traveled a long road from an
electrician to the head of the bought articles price department.
Igor Chernov was born in the town of Zavolzhye, Gorky region, Russia, in
1970. In 1989 he got honors diploma at Zavolzhye auto-motor college, which he
graduated from as an electricity technician. He also studied at the State
Academy of Water Transport and graduated from it as a managing economist in
2002, then, in 2005 he upgraded his skills within the Presidential Program for
the national economy executive staff.

HR Director
Sergei K. Chernov, was appointed to the post of HR management structure head in February 2002, when the structure was established. He is charged with all the issues concerning HR activity, personnel estimation and development, social intercommunication and staff organization culture.
Within 29 years of work at the enterprise Mr.Chernov rose from design engineer up to HR director.
Sergei Chernov was born in 1956. In 1980 he graduated from Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute, turbine faculty, with a design engineer diploma. Ph. D., professor, Honored Industry Worker of Ukraine.

IT Director
Alexander Minin holds a post of IT Director since its formation in September
2008. He is responsible for the main trends of automation development: • a
corporate information system Zorya-Mashproekt introduction • CALS
technologies development • systems of automatic control for technological
equipment adoption
Working at the enterprise since 1999 he passed the way from a deputy IT
department head to IT director. The main result of his work was a shift from a
“scrappy” automation to the corporate IT system introduced at the
enterprise.
Earlier Mr. Minin worked as a head engineer of a project at the
Sistemotechnik Design Bureau, a head of department at the Center Research
Institute and an engineer in the Vector Design Bureau. At all above posts he was
engaged in the complex automation of the shipyards and the other plants of
shipbuilding industry of the former USSR. Alexander Minin is a chairman of
the Ukrainian IT Directors Association local cell.
Ŕ. Ěinin was born in
1955. In 1978 he graduated from Nikolaev Shipbuilding institute as a specialist
for the ship electrical equipment.

Head of QC Department
Alexei Kalachev is at the head of Quality Control (QC) department of the Scientific Production Complex since July 2006. At this position he monitors quality of production at the enterprise and prevents the off-grade products output. Besides, he is charged with the contracts for design and technology documentation delivery.
Since the early 2003 to June 2006 Mr. Kalachev worked as a deputy director for production division and was involved into the main and experimental production rigging with fitments, instruments and nonstandard equipment. Since 1987 to 2002 he worked as a head coordinating manager of the Zorya Production Association. He started his career at the enterprise as a coordinating bureau chief in 1984. Before that in 1978 – 1984 Alexei Kalachev was at military service and worked at the companies and enterprises of Ministry of Defense.
Alexei Kalachev was born in 1954. In 1978 he graduated from the air propulsion engineering faculty of Kharkov Aircraft Institute as a mechanical engineer.

Head of Security
Department
Eugene Shelinger occupies a post of a Security Department Head since August
2008. At this position he monitors security service of the enterprise
functioning and also the secrete data safety.
E. Shelinger started
working in 1997 at the Nikolaev railway station locomotive repairing works as a
service technician for stock repairing, then he did military service as an
officer for the Security Service of Ukraine in Nikolaev region. His career at
Zorya Production Association began in 2008.
Eugene Shelinger was born in
1974 in Nikolaev. In 1997 he graduated from Nikolaev Shipbuilding institute as a
specialist for marine power plants designing and production.

Head of Export Control Department
Vladimir Vorobyov works at the State Enterprise Gas Turbine Scientific & Production Complex Zorya-Mashproekt since 2004.
At his position he monitors compliance of juridical rules and regulations in the exercise of export operations and shipment, timely getting the permits for for export of goods having military or double application which are produced at the enterprise. At the same time Mr. Vorobyov supervises the work of Zorya-Mashproekt Kiev Office.
V. Vorobyov started working in 1971 as an electrician's apprentice at the Nikolaev commercial sea port. Then, after graduating from the institute he worked at a design office, from 1979 to 2002 he was at military service as an officer of the State Security Institutions of Ukraine. Now he is a retired colonel. After retiring he was at the head of Zorya-Mashproekt Kiev Office.
Vladimir Vorobyov was born in 1954. In 1978 he graduated from Nikolaev shipbuilding institute as an engineer for refrigerating equipment. Since 2006 he is a chairman of a public body, functioning under the aegis of the State Export Control.

Head of Social Issues Department
Eugene A. Barvinsky is a deputy director general for
social Issues since 1993. Mr. Barvinsky's duty includes social programs of the
staff development, a social sphere of the enterprise monitoring and the
interests of the enterprise representing at the organs of the state power and
legislative authority in the field of social problems solution.
Eugene Barvinsky's professional career started at Zorya
South Turbine Plant. In 1968 he was hired as an operator-technician to the plant
computation center. Then he worked as an electronic engineer, a head of a
bureau, a chief of Social Issues Department.
Eugene Barvinsky was born in 1945. In 1965 he finished a
rail transport college in Nikolaev. Mr. Barvinsky was awarded with a title
of An Honored Social Worker of Ukraine.

Head of Labor Protection Department
Victor Syrbu occupies a post of a head engineer of the Scientific Production Complex “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” since June 2010. At his position Mr. Syrbu makes provision for safe and healthy labor conditions, for existing legislation, rules, regulations and standards fulfillment. He also organizes labor conditions analysis, conducts new labor protection instructions development and old ones upgrading. He also supervises industrial sanitation rules implementation, fire and radiation safety, exemptions and compensations for the workers.
Victor Syrbu started working at the Kamensk-Urals metallurgical works. His career at Zorya Production Association began in 1984. Since then he occupied a number of executive posts: in 1993/2008 Mr. Syrbu was a head power engineering specialist and a chief of a power department.
He was born on 18 May 1948 in the village of Sadovoye in Kazakhstan, graduated from the Urals Higher Polytechnic School as a specialist for power networks and systems. Victor Syrbu is awarded with a honorary title Powerman Emeritus of Ukraine.
